    Good Points: Friendly Staff.
    Clean.
    Jacuzzi + Sauna Area.


    Bad Points: No free parking.


    General comments: I have found Fitness First for Women in Coventry great! Staff are friendly, the gym and changing rooms are always clean and the classes have a great atmosphere.
    12 Month Contract is 35.95 pm
    3 Month Contrat is 44.95 pm
    Very reasonable!

    I love it as its women only envionment, Coventry Fitness first for women is amazing. The fitness instructor has changed my life. I have lost 6st 4lbs and 11% body fat plus 39 inches. Thanks!

    I sat contemplating for 2 years i needed to get rid of my weight but felt insecure about the "gym thing" so depressed i decided to give it a bash.... what have i got to lose? I decided to ring and the staff were very understanding in a non judgmental way, i came down to the club. It was amazing just the right atmosphere i was looking for.. no posers(GREAT!) There were options of all memberships including a short commitment... I'll never regret it. I've been there 4 weeks and lost 1 size and 8lb ...
