    My husband was visiting the hospital for an appointment, the fan belt broke we rang Britannia and they said they could not do it at the roadside! so my husband and his friend did it themselves - all they could offer was towing him back to a garage - back to the RAC I think

    I once broke down near Larkhall, Lanarkshire while on the way to Gatwick to catch a flight to Tenerife with friends. Despite only having Comprehensive cover, I was upgraded automatically to Deluxe cover and put on an Easyjet flight to Luton to meet up with friends from Rugby with whom we were going on holiday. This way we made our Gatwick flight with an hour to spare which we would never have done otherwise. Thanks Britannia Rescue!

    I've used you once in 5 years. And when I tried to get some money back because I've bought a 2 year old car which is.
    Covered by their own rescue, I was told no. I'm now thinking
    Of not bothering next year because I'm covered twice.
    One would think a newer car would be less likely to need
    Assistance.

    I feel safe knowing we have Britannia Rescue Breakdown cover. They have always come out quickly especially when its been myself, a woman driver on my own.
