    Good Points: Price was really competitive '30% discount' and I bought it off the shelf at tesco which was really convenient. When I needed to use it the call centre was really helpful and assured me that they would be able to get someone there within the hour. - actually 30mins!!! Great service at great value

    Bad Points: need to have a clubcard - but then that's extra points if you buy in store.Can't think of any others.

    General comments: A really great service for the price of the cover.
