    Good Points: none


    General comments: Stressed out and $2000.00 poorer my mom hads nothing but horrible customer service with her Craftmatic Adjustable Bed which was the equivalent to a $200.00 mattress from a discount store.

    Buying a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed was a mistake. Ortho/firm mattress made our backs even worse. Soft mattress no better.
    If head and foot are raised I always finished up in a lump in the middle. No-one lies in one position all night which is what you would need to do in a craftmatic.

    We could run all day about general comments, but craftmatic in itself were poor. Come on, ten days to try them out, now they wont cancel my agreement hey it took 3 days for delivery and they tell me thats 3 days off the ten day trial period and i still have the beds in a spare room been there for a month collecting dust they don't want to know now the finance company are trying it on with me. I'm talking to lawyers now and they are looking in to my case. Trading standards are considering looking ...

    If you buy one of these through their sales people, you'll probably end up eating it as you will have no money left! What I learned and my advice is: go to argos and get one for 1/10 of the price!

    I have been using this Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for 12 years, never had a problem. I recommended to anyone to invest for peace of mind.

    Mattress on my Craftmatic Adjustable Bed too hard waiting for another one, I had trouble with the head boards too. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy one - think hard before you decide!

    Would think very hard before buying a Craftmatic Adjustable Bed again. Little aftersales service. Mattress appears not up to the job, sagged in sleeping position after 1 month of use, no better after turning!

    I have owned my bed for three years now and I have no problem with the bed itself, although I did have a Control box go out, but the company sent me a new one. The problem I have is that the mattress is sagging and does not support my body. I have flipped and turned the mattress but it just is not firm enough for me. At first it was fine but later on it became so weak I would get terrible back spasms. I'm a big man 6'3'' 235lbs with multiple sclerosis. I now have a board under my matress to help ...

    I love my adjustable bed, it has helped me sleep much better. I tried out this cadget called build a bed, you can make your own bed online! www.bed-adjustable.co.uk is the website, a very nice feature. You must try build a bed!

    I don't recommend buying from this company. The product is flawed. It doesn't work "as advertised". Not only is the product broken, the company hasn't honored its warranty nor have they anything to fix the problem.

    I would like them to pay me back $3,300 for the bed they CLAIM I'm supposed to sleep better on, because they've effectively robbed me of 3 years of 1/3 of my life that is wasted on tossing and turning and the other 2/3 with back pain and grumpiness from lack of sleep.

    Lasted 20 years, with several mattresses but one motor went bad, out of warranty. Shipped from Tampa at about $125.00 Installed myself, very simple. They offered to install for a nominal fee, but said it was simple. I have only one leg and it was easy to do on one leg. Best bed i have owned , lasted 20 years and still sleeping on it to this day. No bad points. Want to buy another one. Looking for a new one because the box springs are weak after 20 years at my 200 lbs plus, what should you expec ...

    The Craftmatic Adjustable Bed costs too much and does not do all the things the sales people said.
    You would be better off stuffing a bin liner with £6,000 and sleeping on that.

    I have had my Craftmatic Adjustable Bed for about ten years. It is as good today as it was ten years ago. I have not had sny problem's with this bed.
