    Good Points: Customer service warm environment, good range of dresses.
    Free bridesmaid dress saved me money!

    General comments: After a long day of trawling through the Bridal shops in Chester i arrived at Dresses and Dreams for my final appointment. I had been unhappy with previous shops and their attitude but found the staff at Dresses and Dreams very attentive and listened to what I actually wanted! They stayed open later for me and together we found THE dress. As I bought my wedding gown from the shop the owner gave me my 3rd bridesmaid free!BARGAIN The seamstress was great, she first quoted and then explained all costs to me. My day was wonderful and I want people to have the same experience as I did.

    Absolutely amazing service from start to finish from Dresses and Dreams Bridalwer! I was so impressed because I had exhausted nearly all of the wedding shops in Chester (Aristocrats being the most hostile surprisingly) and on entering Dresses and Dreams I was initially impressed by the superb selection of dresses. Paula greeted me; she was so friendly, not in the slightest bit pushy and went out of her way to help me find the design that suited me to a tee; being petite I found I needed a dress ...

    After a long hunt for my daughter's prom dress, we found Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear by chance and, despite the fact it was a busy Saturday, we were extremely well looked after and my daughter finally found "the Dress". Many thanks to Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear and their staff.

    I found the after sales service at Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear extremely disappointing, they kept changing date for delivery of bridesmaid dresses. I thought the alterations were very pricey and seemed of poor quality. This may have been due to the fact that the seamstress was going on holiday, bearing in mind we placed order early February, and received dresses end of August, only weeks before the wedding. We chose to go elsewhere to have them altered for a second time at extra cost to us, ...

    Such a fantastic shop, brilliant range and only dress shop I went into and felt completely welcome and not made to feel uncomfortable because I had a budget to stick to. Brilliant, brilliant staff too.

    The shop offers dresses for every budget and a huge range of choice. When you arrive, you're welcomed by a warm atmosphere and they will give you as much time as you want or need to be able to find your perfect dress.

    The team at Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear are fantastic. I was dreading looking for my wedding dress after having bad experiences at different shops with in the area. However I was made to feel very welcome even if I was just browsing and I enjoyed meeting the team aswell as getting their points of view. The team at Dresses & Dreams are very patient and helpful and I never felt pushed to purchase my dress from them even though I did.

    The team are great, they know exactly what they are talking about and understand what looks good and what doesn't. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are 100% happy with everything every step of the way and offer advice and guidance whenever!

    The dresses are beautiful it was so hard to choose, try it ladies it well worth a visit you won't be disappointed. I definitely wasn't. Lovely and approachable staff.

    Friendly, down-to-earth staff, good range of gowns and accessories. Welcoming no matter how large your entourage - even my little flower girl was made to feel at home!
    After sales care has been fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Dresses and Dreams to any bride-to-be.

    The Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear shop in Boughton, Chester could do with a few more size 12 - 14's, as the dress I liked was too small, and I could not get a realistic idea of how it might look at the back.

    I went into Dresses and Dreams after visiting 6 other shops and feeling completely downhearted at not having enjoyed the experience of wedding dress shopping at all. The staff were immediately welcoming and helpful, and they were extremely patient with me. Their range of dresses is far greater than some of the larger local shops, who stock rack upon rack of the same style dress.     Dresses and Dreams Bridalwear in Boughton, Chester is a very welcoming shop to walk into, and the staff are approachable and happy to help. They have a lovely range of wedding dresses and bridesmaid dresses, and loads of accessories to choose from, so you can get it all in the one shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
