    Lot's of problems with the Arctic Summit Ultra, jets falling out, cover caving in, siding corroding, motors needing replacement, poor warranty service. They didn't even fasten the motor they replaced to the base of the tub. looks like they replaced my 3 month old motor with a completely different model and it looks used also. This is the worst thing I've ever purchased. Nothing but problems.

    I'm so pleased with Arctic Summit Ultra. Great backup, good support all round, great hot tub extremely happy. Relaxing in big comfy chairs, best hot tub i have tried and i have bought one because of it.
