    For me, after hours was a great seller. I ordered a power supply from them as it was cheaper compared to everywhere else i looked. Postage arrived next day, the product was good, although came with a european plug which.

    I have read many reviews that the customer service is bad, which im not doubting, perhaps they were unlucky and im sure weve all had bad customer service at some point. For me there wa sno problems and was updated with the stages of my order. May possibly use again.

    Ordered an item from after hours computer when received found out it was faulty after waiting a while for a response finally got one to call them back did that sent the item asked for a refund. After telling me they will call me back (which they did not) They insist the item is not faulty even though I made a video on its fault for proof but they wouldn't agree.

    I would definately stay away from afterhours.

    I ordered a small item from After Hours Computer Ltd for under £20.
    I paid by credit card and selected the courier next day option @ £9.99.
    Waited in all day, but it did not arrive. Phoned them to ask where it was and for a tracking number.

    I was told it had been sent out by Royal Mail 1st class special delivery. That option cost £4.70.

    I have now demanded that they refund me the difference and I will never use them again!

    Eighty-three days after placing an order with After Hours Computers Ltd, and after the intervention of my credit card company, I have finally received a refund for a product that was never even sent to me. I don't normally post in forums like this, but I will be happy if I prevent even one person having to go through the same thing.
