    I am a bit puzzled and rather miffed that the complaint I made to Boots was totally ignored although they said they would contact me. Protect and Perfect is good but what they don't warn you about are:-

    1) you can have some spectacular sopts - particularly round the mouth and chin. They are not an allergy just teenage type acne and as a mature woman they came as a bit of a surprise.

    2) If you are of the age where white hairs suddenly appear on the upper lips and chin, stand by for a mini forest and keep the tweezers handy.

    On the plus side P & P does seem to darken my eyebrows

    I am a beauty therapist and have been for over 20 years. I thought I would try Perfect and Protect to see if the product stood up to its claims. I had an allergic reaction after only one day. My skin became sore, red and blotchy. I would not recommend the product to anyone with sensitive skin and I believe there should be information warning about the potential risks.

    I have been using this product for over 2 years now and i wouldn't stop. My fine lines have all but disappeared and my skin looks clear 3 weeks out of 4 ( i don't think this product can cope against monthly visits).
    What i would like to point out to many people who have just started using this product that lines DON'T disappear over-night. When i brought my first bottle i was advised by the no7 consultant who informed me that i wouldn't see a difference for at least 3 months. My skin felt great ...

    I have been using No7 Protect & perfectIntense beauty serum for over a month now. It felt ver nice and silky at the start, but I have not noticed any difference in my skin or wrinkles at all. I have used many expensive products and this one proves to be the same as the rest of them, useless.

    Wish Boots No 7 would change the bottle so you could get all the serum out.

    I have used this product day and night for just under a year now and find it makes my skin feel silky smooth. I have suffered from Rosacea for many, many years and find that this product completely removes the redness on my chin and the pustules on my nose (sounds nice doesn't it!)exactly!

    I have tried almost every product to rid me of Rosacea and this one seems to be doing the trick (fingers crossed).

    My only worry is that as it's doing SUCH a good job, are there any ingredients in this range ...

    I have been using Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum serum for almost 3 weeks an so far i have seen no difference at all in any of my wrinklles,i am 63.To me this is a fad that has came out along with all the other suppose to me wrinkles serums.

    I was told by a Doctor several years ago that allergies only occur the second and subsequent times of coming into contact with something which triggers the allergic reaction. Therefore, those reviewers who have sadly suffered a reaction have potentially come into contact with one or more of the ingredients used in this product previously. One reviewer mentioned that there should be a warning accompanying the product. Well people can be allergic to all sorts of things - bee stings, insect bites ...

    True it does not suit everyone I can believe that but the only truth in it is that when you apply it you can feel and see the difference but as soon as you wash your face you are back to to where you started from. I think its more psychological. I have used it for 3 months and works ONLY if you don't wash your face. ITS TRUE. Well at least its better than many other RIP OFF products.

    I have been using this Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum for 2 weeks now and feel a big difference in my skin. My skin is tighter, plumper and more radient. I have tried many products over the years and this one tops them all. I would also like to add that I have sensitive skin and can be prone to breakouts. Happy to say my skin did not break out. I am 35 years old and this one is a keeper!!

    I have been applying the Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum, for 2 days now and I can honestly say that my fine lines on my forehaed appear a lot less visible. I am 31yrs, and my fine lines a quite obvious on my forehead. I am a lot happier now and will definitely continue to apply it for as long as I can.     Tried Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum and thought it felt really moisturising. However, after having used it for a few days my skin is hot,itchy and sore!! Never had problems before with other products - very surprised until I read a few other reviewers with the same problem. Won't use it again ... will use Germolene to try and clear up my itchy face!! Perhaps I should have read ingredients list, but I never really do this.

    I like Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum - have noticed a difference in my skin BUT it's really causing my eyes to water non-stop. It's so bad, I'm going to have to stop using the product, which I really don't want to do.!Has anyone else had this problem? I don't put the serum near my eyes, but I guess it works it's way to the eye area over the course of the day.

    I have just started to use Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum for about a month now and I can definitely feel and see the difference, especially around the eyes. I find the serum soaks in quickly, I always think this is my skin soaking all the moisture up! I will certainly carry on using this product. I think it is reasonably priced, and sensibly packaged.

    A couple of days after first using the Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect serum, I deveoped sore red patches at the corners of my mouth. When it did not clear, I went to my doctor who said that I had a vitamin deficiency.
    However, after several blood tests came back normal she prescribed an anti-biotic cream which has not worked,
    Still my lips are very dry and peeling and have tried everything but to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Don't use Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum if you have skin which is prone to an occasional spot....I have been using the serum for less than a week and have come out in spots like a teenager! (I'm 48) Rang Boots. Representative was very calm and polite. He suggested I return the product to my local branch for a full refund. Also said staff at the branch could assess my skin condition and provide appropriate medication etc. I asked why there wasn't a caution on the product info ...

    I've been using this Boots No 7 Protect and Perfect Anti-Wrinkle Serum for just over a week now and yesterday, two separate people told me I looked so well. My skin certainly feels good. I love it and would highly recommend. Very reasonably priced compared to most "miracle" creams.

    My Mum used this product a week last Thursday and within 24 hours her face was swollen, red and itchy. She took the Boots no 7 anti wrinkle serum back to Boots who did refund her fully, but were not very pleasant about it. 10 days later my Mums face is still red and itchy. She has not had an allergic reaction to any face cream before.
