“Internet access for the dark arges”

We just moved into a new office and are forced to use Liquid IT for our internet access at phones. We're being charged £140/month for 2MB'/s. Can't believe they can get away with this, next letter is to Ofcom! Anyone else paying more than this for their internet access? (read more)

“Terrible service and even worse customer support.”

Unfortunately, much like the other GENUINE reviews on here, we are given no other choice but to use Liquid IT services in our office building. The prices are astronomical, the internet speeds are inconsistent and very very slow (even on a dedicated line). This massively effectives the productivity and efficiency of our work, which often relies on tight deadlines and large file transfers. We use liquid IT because we have no other choice. It's the only provider we can use in our offices and it's absolutely horrible. It cost more than any other provider and it's very slow, bandwidth is unpredictable. It's not even good for normal internet browsing sometimes. Connection is shared with to many other companies. I have recently had a VOIP system installed by Liquid. They were very effiecient and the system does exactly what they said it would do which was provide me with cheaper call costs and many features that assists with the day to day running of the office. (read more)

Hosted VOIP is the way forward, for £18 per user per month, I get FREE local and national calls, over 1000 features like conferencing, hunt groups, IVR and loads of others!! Liquid IT are really nice guys to deal with. Highly recommend there service. (read more)
