Good Points: That the box outside deters burglars
Bad Points: Customer service is awful. They are unhelpful and pass the buck and have not rectified their mistakes.
General comments: I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error!

I just had my ADT security system installed by MHB Security and the installers did such a great job. I was very happy with the sales staff who created a customized solution for my home. Thanks a lot! I strongly recommend MHB Security if you are looking for a security system. The also have a referral program so you can get $100 for every person that comes through you and signs up as a new customer. Great job MHB Security!

By far, MHB Security is the only company that I met with, whose security consultant knew everything in so much detail...I was astounded. He designed the best security system for my family, which was my main concern. I also was also able to get a free motion sensor because my house was prewired and in a new development area. Thanks to the gentleman from me and my family. I would recommend MHB security for the ADT system.

Last month, I got my installed by MHB Security. They are largest ADT authorized dealership in Ontario. The sales person was very knowledgeable and he designed the very best system for my home. Their installer was very professional. I had called ADT corporate before but their quote was expensive then MHB, so I decided to go with MHB for my ADT monitored Honeywell system. I saved a lot of money. I also referred my 3 friends to MHB Security and MHB paid me $100 for each customer. I will definitely ...

My experience of ADT's customer service has been absolutely woeful - just as a note (and to show that I haven't totally lost my sense of humor yet), I Googled ADT and found an article that indicates that ADT is a "frontal lobal shutdown...they guide the organisation and prioritisation of information and ideas, decision-making and planning, time-management and various other demanding, uniquely human tasks."....how very, very appropriate ;-)

I have had a ADT system for over 10 years and have had several upgrades as technology gets smarter because I love the newer look of keypads etc..... Through-out this time period I have been very pleased with the reliability of my home security system and CCTV system for ADT. If a issue did ever a rise ADT took care of it in a timely and not costly fashion. Thanks for protecting my Family and assets for so many years. Keep up the great job you do as well in help protecting our nation.

We were trying to get a fire alarm system on our warehouse. It has been over 1 and a half months, and we are still not approved. They have been slow to respond, and have made excuses as to why it hasn't been completed. If ADT would've told us in advance it would take this long, we could have made alternative plans. Now we've lost thousands of dollars.

In September of 2006, I received an expired ADT refund check. By the time I received this check (which was sent to the wrong address by ADT), it was no longer valid, so I proceeded to contact ADT to discuss the re-issuance of this check. I was advised that I would need to send the check back to ADT, and upon receipt, would be issued a new check. I scanned a copy of the check and proceeded to send it back to ADT.
