    Had a system installed at my old place and for the first year and a half we kept having false alarms. we were told that the alarm was installed in the wrong location (behind tv) and then they moved it FOC, we have since moved to a larger property and as we were in a 3 year contract (1 year left) we were told we would need to cancel the contract and start a new 3 year contract and pay around 300 GBP for the old contract, needless to say i won't be starting any new contract and advise anyone to stay away from this company, the sales guy was nice first time round but since we moved the new sales guy (different person) was pushy and said we needed to spend an extra 520 gbp when i told him to get lost this was reduced to 320, i told him to get lost and we won't be using them!

    Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again.

    MHB Security seemed like a small company but their online promo offer was big. Every other ADT dealer was only offering me 3 door sensors with 1 motion sensor while I got a lot more equipment from MHB Security for $0. I had to pay $99 activation and signed up for York Police. My decision to go with MHB Security for my ADT system was easily made because I was able to see what the offer was on their website before I finally decided to go with them.

    My experience for ADT system through MHB Security was very pleasant. Last week I started shopping around for my home security system and found out that every company was trying to charge quite a bit money for the wireless system. AlarmForce was only offering 1 door and 1 motion for free and I was supposed to pay for every thing else. AlarmForce is not able to send Police directly in Toronto, they have to send their own guard so I skiped AlarmForce company. ADT corporate was charging me $895 for ...

    I have had ADT monitored through MHB Security since I purchased my home 7 years ago. It was professionally installed by MHB security "ADT largest dealership" Well yesterday it all paid off. My house was broken into around 4:30 in the afternoon, the alarm went off, ADT called the house phone and also called me on my cell phone. They dispatched my local Toronto police.     The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away.

    Where do i start with ADT?

    I have been paying monthly direct debits for full monitoring and maintainence cover of £21.95 for the last year and a half and i have still not had the system connected to the phone line yet. I have also given up trying to get my money back from them as i've been paying for a service that i'm not recieving because, well they just ignored me.     I have had a monitored alarm for 10 yrs. Since ADT took over the contract they have taken payments twice - not refunded until they have been asked several times. They have made this particular error twice. They then cancelled my contract when I did not ask them to and despite at least 5 letters and 3 phone calls still have not reinstated it. Then asked me to pay £45 for the privilege when it was their error!

    I just had my ADT security system installed by MHB Security and the installers did such a great job. I was very happy with the sales staff who created a customized solution for my home. Thanks a lot! I strongly recommend MHB Security if you are looking for a security system. The also have a referral program so you can get $100 for every person that comes through you and signs up as a new customer. Great job MHB Security!

    By far, MHB Security is the only company that I met with, whose security consultant knew everything in so much detail...I was astounded. He designed the best security system for my family, which was my main concern. I also was also able to get a free motion sensor because my house was prewired and in a new development area. Thanks to the gentleman from me and my family. I would recommend MHB security for the ADT system.

    Last month, I got my installed by MHB Security. They are largest ADT authorized dealership in Ontario. The sales person was very knowledgeable and he designed the very best system for my home. Their installer was very professional. I had called ADT corporate before but their quote was expensive then MHB, so I decided to go with MHB for my ADT monitored Honeywell system. I saved a lot of money. I also referred my 3 friends to MHB Security and MHB paid me $100 for each customer. I will definitely ...

    My experience of ADT's customer service has been absolutely woeful - just as a note (and to show that I haven't totally lost my sense of humor yet), I Googled ADT and found an article that indicates that ADT is a "frontal lobal shutdown...they guide the organisation and prioritisation of information and ideas, decision-making and planning, time-management and various other demanding, uniquely human tasks."....how very, very appropriate ;-)
    There must be better out there!

    I have had a ADT system for over 10 years and have had several upgrades as technology gets smarter because I love the newer look of keypads etc..... Through-out this time period I have been very pleased with the reliability of my home security system and CCTV system for ADT. If a issue did ever a rise ADT took care of it in a timely and not costly fashion. Thanks for protecting my Family and assets for so many years. Keep up the great job you do as well in help protecting our nation.

    We were trying to get a fire alarm system on our warehouse. It has been over 1 and a half months, and we are still not approved. They have been slow to respond, and have made excuses as to why it hasn't been completed. If ADT would've told us in advance it would take this long, we could have made alternative plans. Now we've lost thousands of dollars.

    In September of 2006, I received an expired ADT refund check. By the time I received this check (which was sent to the wrong address by ADT), it was no longer valid, so I proceeded to contact ADT to discuss the re-issuance of this check. I was advised that I would need to send the check back to ADT, and upon receipt, would be issued a new check. I scanned a copy of the check and proceeded to send it back to ADT.
