Good Points: It was comfortable the first month, and it was tall enough to fit the over-sized Hendredon 4-poster bed we purchased.

    Bad Points: Defective.
    Poorly constructed.

    Overall, a bad product.

General comments: Purchased the Spring Air Stonebridge bed at Macy's for over $2000, and in 6 months it is completely falling apart. The top is sinking in, the sides are bulging out, and the stitching in top of pillowtop (boxtop) is unravelling and allowing the pillow top to start to shift.

It is still under warranty, for whatever that is worth! Macy's and Spring Air are refusing to replace it, because during the drawn out inspection process, they found a small stain at the foot of the bed. My 1 year old squirted about 2 oz of water from his bottle and the mattress stained. They are claiming that is the reason the mattress is failing!!

Lesson here for everyone is to research before you buy. Get anything the salespeople tell you in writing, and ask them to detail their exchange/return policy before you buy. They forget who you are after you have bought it, and the sales process in the mattress business is only more obvious in care sales. Be aware, do you research and protect yourself!
