Good Points: I don't know but I have started using skinb5 the powder form and my skin is horrible. I have been using it for like 5 days and I already see an improvement. My skin looks more refreshed, less oily, less dry, no new break outs, plus it helps brittle nails and hair.
Bad Points: Due to the fact it has certain vitamins it may cause diarrhoea for a couple days, but that's it.
General comments: Its worth the buy its about 40 bucks and its mango strawberry acne relief powder. I will keep you guys posted on how well it works for me, like in a week or so ill let you know.
