    BRIGHTER IMAGE REVIEW|

    AWFUL COMPANY- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

    I waited 2 months for my lab trays and they did not arrive despite the multiple promises!

    To cut a long story very short, I eventually demanded my money back (I paid via PAYPAL). They immediately refunded which was acceptable but I expected nothing less. Two months and still not posting my trays to me... pathetic!! Trust me guys, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
    They hung up on me once (supposedly the phone just disconnected ... yeah, as if...!!) but perseverance is the key!!
    .. I'm off to my dentist for a PROFESSIONAL service :)

    Rubbish company! I ordered my 'Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel' kit on a 30 day risk free trial - but after 4 weeks the kit still hasn't turned up.

    I have called them a number of times, each time being given a different excuse such as delivery would go out 'next week', can't find the order, have to call back after 10pm to speak with the person who took the order... They have taken more money out of my credit card than was agreed. I have now blocked my card to stop them taking out any fur ...

    I have recently purchased 2 packages from Brighter Image, yes they did take almost 1 month to arrive, but i recieved everything as described, i will just say that you dont get a postage paid return envelop to send back your moulds as these have to go back thru Australian Customs and unfortunately we have to cover this cost, mot sure exactly why but i have checked with Australia Post. I have been using this product for 5 days now and i am starting to notice my teeth lighten. I will post back a co ...

    brighter image tooth whitening (usa) My gels took 11 months to arrive.After numerous phone calls and web chat eventually i have my gels.Will not be using this co again. maybe see your own dentist.

    Dont use this company!!!!!!
    I first received my brighter image whitening kit way back in September and then received trays which doesnt fit. I have made numerous phone calls spoke who keep telling me that my trays have been sent out special delivery (on at least 6 different occasions).. It is now May and i have still not received anything .DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

    Initial delivery of Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel took over a month. The gum shields did not fit correctly and caused the bleach to leak. I have now received two additional packages of tooth whitening syringes that I have not ordered and the Company has taken out payment from my credit card without authorisation. My credit card Company are currently reclaiming these. I have e-mailed them and have received no reply. I am currently contacting them by post to see if that helps.

    i am majorly annoyed... i received the Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel packaging with no instructions on the inside box! I also was not told how to use the gum guard which meant that i ruined it and when i asked for another one, i was promised it within ten days....i have not received it yet...this is now 3 weeks on... i feel i have wasted forty pounds! I also did not receive a bleaching tray!

    From the time I ordered the kit until the time I recieved the trays in the mail took over one month. Even though I made sure my gums were showing on the impressions I made, the trays did not have them cut out. Wearing them without gel is just as painful as getting the gel on your gums. The website shows photos of their trays having the gumline cut out, but dont expect that to be true for yours.     Brighter Image Tooth Whitening Gel - I'm an old hand at teeth bleaching having started with a professional bleaching over ten years ago. I've used my dentists bleach and those available on the internet (from the UK). I have to say that my dentist's bleach has had the most effect; I'm not sure why. It's carbamide peroxide 15% so not as strong as this but just as good. Sensitivity has never been a problem for me apart from the first day or two and this product is great on that count.

    It took forever to get to me, the website said free postage paid envelope and it wasnt yet they put it on the UK website. Also, it took two weeks to get the mould and then once sent back even though its priority, when I checked the postage, its regular first class that takes another 2 weeks to get back. The trays don't have the gum parts cut out so the gel got all over my gums because they're not cut around just the teeth and then they caused major irritation to my nerves and the next day I spen ...

    Brighter Image is the best company I have ever bought teeth whitening from and I didn't experience any sensitivity like I usually do. Thumbs up!
