Bag has slowly disintegrated over a period of six months and has been returned to Powakaddy for replacement.....two months ago!!! Rubbish product with rubbish service!

Mine is about 2 years old. Clubs stick inside carrier slots. Catch on lining so will not come out or go in. Zip on front pocket just gave up. Bag is also very heavy. Design looks good and fits PK trolley. Ihave had the fabric and plastic versions but both had similar faults. Looks good but avoid.

I have owned a Powakaddy cart bag for 18 months and its base has collapsed inwards so that it no longer fits on the electric trolley and is unable to stand up. The bag has not in any way been mistreated, so it can only be an intrinsic fault that caused the base to collapse in the way it has. Having corresponded with Powakaddy, they have shown zero interest in attempting to rectify the problem. The replies are along the lines of "it's nothing to do with us etc etc" i.e. we've had your money, we don't particularly care that the product is faulty. Bearing in mind the very high numbers of those the golf community who now believe that Powakaddy is symptomatic with fairly good products let down by very poor quality control and even worse customer service, there are clearly many other manufacturers people should be spending their hard-earned money with.

It looks like such a nice bag but there are many problems which quickly became apparent. The zips started sticking, the stitching started coming lose and the carry handle on the front started to detatch after only 6 games. I only used the handle for a few seconds each time so hardly consider this excessive wear and tear.

The PowaKaddy Cart Bag Delux has the potential to be the best bag on the market, however it is let down by poor quality control. The bag I purchased has faulty zips and a diver pocket that will not accept a club. the membrane between the driver pocket and the umberell pocket is poorly fitted and intrudes into the driver pocket. My club pro obtained another bag for me but this had the same driver pocket issue.
Awaiting another, if thats no good I'll go for another brand.
