Good Points: Although not an online shop, Jill's felt it was difficult to sell chairs on line and I can't blame them for that. Who would want to purchase a chair on line without even demonstrating the thing first. I was able to do a search through yell.com and find a new and used supplier of office furniture in Manchester. The call handler was experienced in listening and answering all the questions and I felt driving 25 miles was justified in making a purchase for such a high value office chair. Having a showroom and not being able to buy on line was a better experience and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. There were some good quality used chairs which brand new were in excess of £300, in good condition these would sell out at no more than £55. The manager definitely knew her stuff and was passionate about the company which made a real impression and not dealing with robots or cyber space.

Bad Points: I suppose for most people it would be not being able to buy on line.

General comments: Jills Office Solutions is a great little Aladdins cave of new and used office furniture near to the heart of Manchester city centre. I have to say being able to touch, feel demonstrate the chair made it so more easier to purchase. My physiotherapist recommenced the company as he'd bought a chair for his son to study on at home. Definitely ticks all boxes. I would suggest to anyone please try an office chair before buying.
