Respect : 0Good Points: I cannot see any good point apart from their convincing sales department which picks up the phone instantly where as after sales department never picks up the phone or doesnt exist at all. Instead of speaking to any agent, you end up listening to the recorded information of options of options of options...: firstly 4 options, then 8 options then another 6 options. After you buy the contract you will probably never get to speak to an agent.
Bad Points: Cash Redemption is a lie. The way it is, it is impossible to get a cash back. I have sent my bill in the 10 days period that i could only sent. I have used recorded delivery and nothing happened. When I called to chase this up, I was not able to get throug any agent apart from sales department who tells you that they cannot see any information about the existing customers! A recorded message says you need to send us the phone bill no later than the redemption deadline. So its a joke really. Once you miss the first redemption you also loose the right to claim the rest. I advice no one to go through Dialaphone if they think its cheap with cash back or with redemption.
General comments: NEVER buy anything from DIALaPhone. You will never be able to speak to an agent from after sales department. They only speak to you until they sell the contract, then they dont care as they know you are stuck with them.

Respect : 0Bought an O2 PAYGO Nokia 5800, Dial-A-Phone Sales team told me they are brand new, however the box came with the seal broken. Rang O2 and they said to send it back. This is not good ! Time wasters.

Respect : 0I bought a mobile phone online with dial-a-phone, at first everything went well and i received a confirmation email from them. However the day after i placed my order i recieved an email stating that they required proof of who i was in the form of a bill or bank statement, which seems a completly unreasonable thing to ask for. I then rang the customer helpline which was a complete nightmare, before even getting through to a human being you encounted the problem of your DOB being changed to 1753 ...

Respect : 0placed order on monday.should be delivered on friday but they needed proof of adress so i gave it to them.so far no problem,but will see on monday,that the delivery day now.people if you want to speak with somebody from dial a phone dont call the automatic lesbian terminator voice....call the sales hotline and so you dont have problem.the thing is that their will their will answer becouse they think that you are a new customer......try for yourself

Respect : 0Placed an order with Dial-A-Phone and then was asked to contact them. There lies the problem. You can't get through the automatic driod, due to the fact that you need your DOB to get through to a human being, if one does actually exist. On my account the year of my DOB was showing as 1753, which on reading other reviews for this crowd other peolpe have fell fowl off. I could not seem to get through to them using their web site either. Ended up canceling the order by e-mail today, which I doubt ...

Respect : 0i put in an order for a mobile with a free xbox 360. after saying next day delivery then received an email from Dial-A-Phone to say delivery would be fri. waited in all day. free gift arrived but no phone. Tried to phone but phone number is automated u dont get to speak to a human being. then left an email and still have not heard anything.

Respect : 0the company diala-phone is a group of steals online.i ordered a mobile phone (iphone 32 gb).after searching in internet to get the best deal.for my mistake unfortunately I did not search the reviews for dial a phone before i put my order in.they take my money (550 euros) and i did not receive the product agreed.

Respect : 0ordered a dongle for lap top from Dial-a-Phone. got it ok no problem there.tried to claim redeption they say they have not received it .there service is rubbish only problem is we still have another lot of hassle to come to get the first redemption and then two more after that we are rating them 1 only because we had no delivery problems

Respect : 0Just coming to the end of my second contract through Dialaphone and they've been really reliable with great communication. A summary sheet is sent with your phone detailing exactly which bill to send when to claim cashback. They then send a text to confirm the claim has been received and also update your account page on their website. I lost my redemption summary somewhere a couple of months ago so sent them an email just asking when I should send my next claim and they sent the whole summary ...

Respect : 0I have just finished my contract with Dial-A-Phone and was shocked to read the reviews on here. My phone arrived on time, along with the free HD TV. I also recommended 2 friends throughout my contract time and got £20 on each occasion paid into my bank account. I felt it only fair i write a review on here although do note i am at the end of my contract.

Respect : 0I too wish I had found this site before ordering with dialaphone, they were just infuriating!At first I was pleased with the price of the phones which seem to be cheaper but then, like others have reported, I got email after automatic email saying my order was being delayed due to the free xbox being out of stock. It would be much more helpful if they said it was out of stock when ordering like other websites!

Respect : 0Free gift item, ordered from Dial-A-Phone 21st Dec but still not received (5th March) have chased 4 times, keep getting told it's "being looked into". Am now seeking legal advice. In the long run, I feel it would be cheaper and less hassle for me to go elsewhere or buy the free gift myself. Highly disappointed.

Respect : 0Agree with all the negative comments regarding Dial-A-Phone on this site. The order seems to go through fine, and then the daily emails arrive telling you the order has been delayed, until the final email comes through telling you the order has been cancelled. Will have to wait and see if I get my money back.
