Good Points: It works and hasn't broken down
Bad Points: Basic but very expensive Question safety of eye level built in Microwave Small for the price
General comments: The Neff H5470A0 microwave was installed when we had our kitchen refitted two years ago. I had misgivings about it from the planning stage, but there was a strong agenda of building things in, and so this was part of the plan.
All we really use the microwave for is defrosting things these days. This machine does that on the timer at one of its several settings. I did read the instructions for defrosting, but they tended to be about chunks of frozen meat and we are Vegetarian.
My main worry about this built-in microwave is the danger of lifting out boiling bowls of soup from eye level. The counter top microwave was much safer from that viewpoint, and would have cost a lot less, and probably for something with a lot more features. This just makes me nervous. I use it very carefully.
