Good Points: Brilliant when it was new and all working. Made our main convection oven virtually redundant for small meals. Looks good and fairly easy to clean
Bad Points: Displays default to German when power disconnected. Very poor after sales service; nobody in Cornwall UK wants to touch it. No help in owners manual for basic maintenance like changing lamp. Lamp failed after 6 months, Heater element failed after 8 months. no obvious access doors to change components, looks like oven requires major work to change small components. Metal trim fell off out case after 15 months - poor design.
General comments: I would have expected better for the money spent. Oven should not have to go back to manufacturer just to have oven cavity lamp replaced.

I find the Neff B7740N0GB extremely easy to use. A temperature conversion chart in the handbook would be helpful as I tend to use the hot air feature most of the time but apart from that I find it absolutely great. I enjoy cooking again!
