    Good Points: Excellent location
    Close proximity to a very pleasant clean beach
    Safe pedestrian area
    Ample bars and restaurants
    Plenty of shopping available on the doorstep
    A very good hotel with good food.
    Fax exceeded my expectations


    Bad Points: There was nothing that I particularly disliked about the hotel or the area. We had a thoroughly pleasant holiday.


    General comments: Gran Playa Hotel is in an excellent location, within close proximity to a very plesant clean beach and situated in a safe pedestrian area. There is plenty to keep you occupied at night time with ample bars, restaurants and shopping.

    The hotel itself is very pleasant. I found the staff to be generally very helpful. The pool area and bar were kept very clean and tiday and contrary to what other people have written there was no 'towels on sunbeds' from the early hours of the morning. The choice of food was excellent and there was certainly always something to please everyone. Overall, I would have no complaints about the hotel or the area.

    Excellent maid service and lots of 'extras' in the bathroom (shampoo etc). Very clean and modern, centrally situated. A lovely Hotel, but felt very much an intruder. We were the only two English people in the hotel Gran Playa. Everything predominantly German from the food to the entertainment! The main hotel staff acknowledged us but were certainly not as attentive or helpful when we requested any information e.g. bus times
