Good Points: folding for easy storage
Bad Points: Wheels wore out in a few months, Foot brake fell off and Customer Services not responsive
General comments: Bought Graco Mosaic from Toys R Us Brent park - never again!

You would think by now with all the complaints that Graco would do something about the design of their wheels as there is clearly something up with it. We barely had ours before it broke. Think it'd be an ideal pushchair without those flaws. My advice is buy a different one, don't waste your money

Graco's customer service is totally useless. I wrote numerous e'mails and have never had a reply! I went out and bought the quinny buzz which is the best chair ever! Stay away from Graco!

The Graco Mosaic is the worst pushchair I have ever bought! The foot brake broke, and the wheels on the front no longer turn, making it impossible to push. And the sad thing is, it's not even five months old!

Initially, I thought Graco Mosaic system was great, as it is very light for a travel system, and easy to steer. When I started having problems, I contacted Graco whose customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They couldn't use a spell checker in their letter, and half of it didn't make sense. They were very unhelpful and disinterested on the phone, and seem to think that a click on click off break system is a user error when it gets stuck, and they are asking us to pay for the repair. We sw ...

I have gone through so many pushchairs trying to find one which worked for my son and I, and so many pushchairs were very expensive. Until I bought the Graco Mosaic.
It takes up hardly any car boot space, so it is great for shopping. It can be easily reclined, so as not to disturb sleeping baby. The fact the seat is padded and comes with a head pillow makes it all the more better for baby.
It is a really great, easy to steer pushchair. It is suitable from birth, and it can be used as a tr ...
