    Bad Points: Wish we could meet the staff to shake them by the hand


    General comments: Great products at very good prices from National Kitchensvirtually all the units are pre assembled with the exception of large corner units which are left flat packed if requested to allow for accesss situations. all product ranges look to be of a very high standard.excellent service from all staff

    With all the bad press that the Kitchen Industry has had in the past and all the current problems that customers tend to face when obtaining a kitchen, this company seems to be totally free from the norm, excellent information given either from the website or direct from the staff, unrivalled product quality with a vast choice and range of designs, and wow what service.

    All in all, I had a very pleasant online buying experience with National Kitchens. I got the kitchen I wanted lots cheaper than I'd seen it at John Lewis. I had 2 doors damaged when we unpacked the units. I called them and had replacements sent out to me later the same week. Highly recommended!

    We found National Kitchens while searching on Google. Their website has a big selection of kitchens; you can view and order all the units online. The detail they provide for their units is excellent, all the sizes and technical information that ourselves and our fitter wanted was all there. For any other information we called their office, and we always got prompt and useful responses.

    The only reason they get marked down at all is due to the damage on delivery of our end panels. The replace ...
