Very light, heats up quickly, water container easy to fill. Great price, no complaints. After two weeks of use no bad points - much better than the Tefal I had.

Ok when new. Mine lasted a year and dripped boiling water from the sole plate. Plastic container for water had to be replaced when easily smashed when dropped from a low height and when it happened again I chucked the whole iron in the bin!!! Just bought a Morphy Richards one which is heavier and tons better. Alright if you have money to spend annually replacing it with a new one!

This is the second Russell Hobbs 13715 I have had in two years. The first one had to be replaced under guarantee within the first year. The second one lasted less time and the bottom literally fell off while I was ironing - seriously dangerous -Totally unreliable
