    Good Points: Low fees and good charts package


    Bad Points: Software is to slow, no fast execution, no level 2 orderbook, no stockscreener software is only 32 bits and does'nt work a 64 bits and directdeal does'nt work in for 75 % off the cases and last but not least frozen stocks


    General comments: Sorry for my bad englisch, But i have been trading with the dealbook 360 off GFT by the broker Whselfinvest. But i can say do not make a trade with this ,, software,,

    GFT has Slow execution. Worst price given. Eg. If trade is placed and market moves against you. The trade is executed at the worst price. And if it moves for you, then a requote is given. Trades can not be cancelled even though not executed, and can take upto a minute, before showing that it has been executed and at what price. Also on large trades, no average price is give, the whole trade is executed at the worst possible price.

    Stay away from GFT (Global Forex Trading) Dealbook 360!
    Although they offer one of the best terms & conditions on the market, their customer service is absolutely useless and out of 2 platforms they provide none works. I had been trading with them for about 3 months and I lost money on multiple occasions because the dedicated platform loses connection (and it takes a good 3-4 minutes to reestablish) and pops up with critical exceptions.     It would surely become the leader in the market and beat the competitors if GFT would improve the programming language and make it more flexible!

    GFT Australia provide a free telephone number to call and a designated person to speak with and their extension number and their personal email.
    The response is almost immediate to any questions and time is taken to help you through the interpretation of their Dealbook 360 product.

    The really compelling reason to use these guys is their GFT (Global Forex Trading) Dealbook 360 software. I've looked at IG, CMC, Etrade and a couple of others and the software I've seem wholly unimpressive despite their claims.
