    i ordered my wedding dress and 3 mens suits and 2 boys suits from treasured moments and i have to say it was the best service i have ever recieved and could not of asked for better. they advised me in every way they could whilest constantly reminding me that it was my wedding and to go for what I wanted (their advise was normally right though lol). there was no hard sale - when i 1st went there and tried on dresses they said it was best to try on as many different designs as possible even the ones that didnt look so great on the hangers as they could look so different on (which by doing i found to be so true) and even told me to go to other shops before i made my mind up. it arrived BEFORE the estimated time:) nothing was to much trouble. even offered the service of coming to my home to help me get into my dress and strapped up properly, and their seamstress does amazing work. I WOULD MOST RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AND ITS STAFF. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP. :) ;)

    What a wonderful shop,and very helpful staff at Treasured Moments, that go out of their way to help you.We would recommend any one looking for,suits or dresses to go there,we had a fantastic time had choosing everything,we had a cuppa while we made important decisions together.thank you Treasured Moments for all you did for us,you went out of your way to accommodate us, with out of hours appointments and understanding our needs,if only more shops were like you.A BIG THANK YOU !!!

    having read the last review i had my reservations about my appointment at treasured moments but.........
    the staff were lovely very very helpful nothing was to much trouble.
    knowledgeable staff with great advice.
    i found my perfect dress and the price was great.
    so many styles and colours, my bridesmaids were in heaven.
    and you even get a sofa and coffee and are treated with great respect and importance.
    would most certainly recommend a vist.

    Treasured Moments is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. They are constantly lied about the progress of the dress. When the dress arrived there was no sash and they claimed this was my fault although the order was placed at the same time. They refused to help and were so rude its a wonder how a shop that should live on reputation like this is still going. I sincerely hope no one makes the mistake of using this shop and for those who have orders pending my prayers are with you!!!!

    Enjoyed every minute from start to finish at Treasure Moments. Nothing seemed to much to ask. Very good professional, friendly service. They took thier time in explaining and showing me lots of little things that really made a drifference to the overall picture. Very good dressmaker. Wide range of dress. Very good prices, even found dresses for under 1/2 my budget. Loads of Bridesmaides dress, and again great advice on matching with my dress.

    The staff at Treasured Moments had good knowledge of items and what they were talking about. Was not trying for the hard sell. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very approachable. Good value.

    I would recommend to everyone.

    I got a very personal service at Treasured Moments, Minehead, Somerset made me feel as if my big day is the most important thing ever!!! Overall, wonderful staff very supportive and honest, with lots of time to spend on you!

    There was service with a smile at Treasured Moments in Minehead, Somerset, and a great atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble! You could see that all involved enjoy their work, and it shows in the welcome. It is nice to see a family business working so well. They have got a great selection of wedding dresses, and I found my dream one. I am so HAPPY!!
