    Pacificare do not have a stable policy, keep on changing the coverage to the worse, not a single good point if you are covered with them.

    Pacificare has been the worst medical coverage I have ever had. No one has heard of them and their PPO is a joke! Good luck, my suggestion would be to get yourself some new coverage.

    Do NOT use Pacificare PPO insurance company. If you are choosing between taking a job and the company offers this horrible company as health insurance, consider it a very black mark against that company, as you will experience nothing but problem after problem with these people. I've had many different health insurance plans over the years: Blue Cross, Cigna, Aetna, you name it. I never had any problems at all with all the other insurance companies...except Pacificare.
