The Kodak EasyShare SV811 has good picture quality and i found it easy to set up for photos.
I could not get it to play videos properly they played at twice the speed which at first was funny but soon wore off after realizing that i have just paid £100.00 for somthing that does not work.
I ended up taking mine back and got a full refund what was even worse was that it was a birthday present for my girlfriend ..not impressed.

Higher resolution that most other frames.
It does play video from the SC card.
Headphone jack allows adding speakers
Uses high capacity memory.
Well recommend Kodak EasyShare SV811.

My SV811 supposedly supports Mpeg 4 video, but doesn't play from an SD card, manual has no information about this subject.
Manual refers you to kodak.com/go/digital etc but at that site(s)there's also NO information about video playback. Extremely frustrating.

I can't believe Consumers Reports said that this was good, easy-to-use software - and I'm a tech nerd. I find the Kodak EasyShare SV811 orrible "sync/transfer" software. Not intuitive. Loaded the software, then selected my pictures, but then sync with the USB frame had to be done using "My Computer." Worthless software.

Good quality pictures. The Manuel sucks!!! It doesn't help you at all! The only thing good about the Kodak EasyShare SV811 was its picture quality

Kodak have been unable to solve these issues in emails and have taken 2 to 3 weeks to reply to emails, poor service.

The screen aspect ratio is a major flaw and, compounded with other niggles, means I will be sending mine back.

How difficult could it be to just write a simple manual with some helpful tips for consumers. For example I needed to download Windows Media Player 11 in order to load pictures from my computer into the picture frame memory.
