    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: The customer service was terrible, the price quotes were not real.


    General comments: I had a terrible experience with Crystal Limousine. The amount I was quoted was different than the amount which they charged me. I had already confirmed and they called me the day of my party to confirm yet again. After five missed calls I returned their call. The person on the phone was rude and actually yelled at me. I was asking her to please calm down and truly was trying to explain that the price I was quoted and confirmed versus what she was saying was different. She would not listen to me and threatened to cancel the limo if I didn't agree to pay exactly what she said. Since it was the day of my party there was really nothing I could do about it. Terrible experience....that woman truly ruined my birthday. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...you will regret it.

    Crystal Limousine and Tours was a first class limo rental company that offered a great price and timely service.

    I never have a problem with Crystal Limousine. We use them monthly for airport transportation, meetings and special events.

    I would recommend this company.

    Crystal Limousine Service in California completely dropped the ball and cancelled a booking because they stated I didn't provide my Credit Card Authorization, which could not be further from the truth. They made no attempt to contact me to let me know this. I had given them several phone numbers to call me at, none of which were used.
