I originally bought this machine more on price than anything else. It has given me nothing but trouble. I have now been without a tumble dryer for over 4 months as engineers, used by Domestic & General insurance have failed to rectify the problem after 7 engineers visits plus 2 cancelled visits due to them obtaining incorrect spare parts. The problem has always been that the machine switches from start to finish whilst the clothes are still soaking wet.The engineers have replaced all of the electrical circuit boards and yet it still fails to work.
I am now being asked to contribute £172.94 by D&G to replace the machine. To crown it all they have "recommended" to me the exact same machine as a replacement. I will never, ever buy anything Beko again.

Beko DRVS62W = cheap rubbish, i will not buy anything else Beko makes, I would expect this from a combined washer dryer. Comet came out to mine 3 months after purchasing and replaced the circuit board. When this didn't work they couldn't suggest anything else.

All the Beko DRVS62W does is, over a very long time, roll clothes into a ball. At which point the sensor detects that the outside of the ball is dry and stops the machine, even though the inside of the bundle is still wet.

Clothers on a clothes horse in the path of the discharge hose dry quicker

After owning for less than six months we are looking to change the machine

Once the actual Beko technician came out to my machine I felt as though I was going to get somewhere. He did a thorough check on the machine found a couple of things wrong and also the wrong PCB had been fitted. He ordered the part returned on a day convenient to me and fitted it. Guess what, low and behold the machine works. I put it on synthetics ready to wear and the clothes were ready to wear. I then tried it on cotton extra dry and that worked too, and it only took 45 minutes to dry them. A ...

As others have commented, the Beko DRVS62W doesn't always dry items well at all. For instance a duvet cover will just get rolled up into a ball and stay wet. The main thing is the black marks our drier put on our clothes. We had the original drier replaced (it was extremely noisy) and the new one also marked items after a couple of weeks. We had the drum and bearing replaced and within 3 uses the drier was marking clothes again. We are after a refund.
Also the electrical cable for the product is ...

This Beko DRVS62W dryer has never worked on sensor dryer. The clothes are still wet when the programme has finished. After 2 1/2 hours on timed drying I still have to put the clothes on a radiator to finish drying. I have had 6 engineers out to the machine but none of them have been able to fix it. I am now waiting for a technical engineer from Beko to come and look at the machine, but in the meantime I am left with an unusable machine. Beko only have a repairing guarantee, if I had known that ...

I have had it for 2 days, what a shame. I was extremely pleased when I discovered the build quality for the budget price, of this machine.
    It's drying quality is poor.
E mailed Beko customer service and they replied virtually immediately. Excellent.
There suggestion was, that I contact Comet. I am afraid that it is going back or to the tip. That would be cheaper than trying to run it.
