I got a BBE Punchman for a £100 including delivery in 2006. The punchman is functional and well built however, it's difficult to recommend.

Firstly, when the base is filled with water or sand, the base is pretty much stuck where it is. Unless you are superman, you won't be able to move it to another room on carpet. Emptying the base is thus difficult to say the least.

Conversely, when you are punching the punchman, water isn't enough to keep the punchman stationary and it slowly moves... (read more)

“Ok if you dont have the space for a hanging punchbag....”

Ok if you dont have the space for a hanging punchbag. It has to much of a spring in it, if you hit it a hard punch you need to wait for it to spring back to follow with another punch (read more)
