Good Points: Accurate diagnosis My car was worked in while the were very busy and I was not a regular customer.
General comments: I pulled in at Cornell Webbs Automotive with a "noise" and was told it was my water pump - was then advised to take it back to Goodyear because water pump was put on last year - went to them and asked them to stand behind their water pump - was told there that it was a rod and I needed a new engine and not to drive the car! - Took the car back to Cornell Webb and had it repaired - it was really just the water pump, and Cornell dealt with me personally and gave me the old one so I could confront Goodyear - after a whole lotta phone calls and letting them know how unhappy we were they are now going to make things right. Cornell Webbs willingness to help me just because I needed help, and their honest straight forward service was very impressive - they now have a new family of customers and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any work done - they saved me a bunch of money when times are rough. Thank You Cornell Webb!

If you want a good reliable shop to take your car to without having to pay the expensive dealerships and get the same quality results go see Cornell at Webbs Automotive.

Cornell Webb's recently replaced the bearings in my front differential. I received an estimate beforehand and when I arrived to pick up the truck, the amount due was significantly more than the estimate plus the 10% leeway allowed by Ohio state law. Additionally, they broke the steering stabilizer and charged me for a replacement without asking. Lastly, there were three new dents on the passenger side of the truck.
