Good Points: An excellent day sack. Comfortable shoulder straps with elasticated chest strap and padded belt offer good stability and spread of load.
Plenty of compartments for stowing items.
Venting system in back is excellent.
Main compartment has room enough for sandwiches and a waterproof but a tight squeeze for winter walks where more kit is required.

Bad Points: Curved back panel restricts space in main compartment.
Side pockets not big enough to accomodate my 1L Sigg bottle.

General comments: The Berghaus Freeflow is a sturdy all round day sack. Offers good stability and looks good.

I have found my 30 litre freeflow just great for a day on the hills. Comfortable, cool and secure to wear. I would recommend to anyone. Only problem I have had is, when donning the sac without first loosening the shoulder straps far enough, the strap rolled onto my shoulder, and one of the plastic guides broke. This does not really affect the way it works, just looks untidy.
