Went to M&S cafè culver. Was served by this lovely young lady, her manners and people skills were amazing, very patient with us when choosing our food as it was no turkey toasties left ! Well done M&S for hiring a very polite young lady, will be going to the cafè very soon again ! :)

I visited M&S aintree cafe store with my husband today, and watched how a young girl helped two elderly people with there order and then went of her way to talk to them both at the table taking drinks, and open source for both their toasties, it’s made our day seeing the care and time she gave them both, and am very sure by the interaction she gave them, it made there day too. Well done.

Marks and spencer always provides top quality coffees. They are now serving lunch as well.

Excellent service ,purchased luxury hot chocolate which was delicious and made by a very friendly smiley member of staff .Went there with my friend today Sunday 26/11/17. at 12.51 . This was my first visit and we will be going back .For me the way staff treat the customer is equally important as the quality of food and drink purhaced. Marks Spencer Salisbury.

The Marks and Spencer cafe in Winchester is excellent. Staff are fantastic, always helpful to customers and efficient in their work. They are friendly but also professional. They make good coffee, unlike Southampton which is Luke warm nearly cold even after telling them. Cafe is always clean and tables cleared promptly even when busy, which they always are.

I went with a friend to Winchester Marks and Spencer coffee shop 17th November at 10 30 am. I visit frequently and always enjoy it, lovely staff and lovely food. On this occasion it was not so enjoyable and thought you should be aware. Many comments were being made from other customers in the queue. There were al large number of new staff swarming the place, obviously not knowing what they were doing. Two of the permanent staff who were lovely were trying to teach them. One of the new staff was very stroppy and said in front of everyone "I am not doing the washing up" something I have never seen in Marks and Spencer before. A very bad attitude indeed. Please please please keep the lovely permanent staff together. They make this coffee shop the lovely place it has always been . Thankyou.

Went to the new cafe shop at fosse park and found it really easy to order queues were fast and the staff were very plesant you can order anything at any till, i actually felt sorry for the staff clearing when customers sat at messy tables when there were clean ones right next to them which the staff clearing were getting to as it was very busy. Another great experiance from marks and spencer!

Staff in this store have been so helpful, in particular one member of staff.i take seizures and they help me and are so nice to me.Unfortunately it has happened a few times recently but the ladies there couldn't be more helpful.

I've worked at M&S in Sheffield before and came to Cambridge for the day. I encountered brilliant service despite it being a busy weekend, The young man who brought out my toastie was very sweet and he made us welcome. The coffee was also very nice and professionally made. Although i was served politely there was an argument going on between two of the ladies in the back area which provided comedy. Wouldnt like to do the job they do especially with the manager they had that day. overall a lot better than other m&s cafes highly reccomended

I really just love Marks and Spencers and there cafe too. I think it's amazing.
