  General comments: Our Magniflex Relaxsan Original Mattress began to sag within 2 weeks of using it. The retailer was extremely helpful in trying to sort out a replacement but the supplier, RELAXSAN, would not supply another despite having a 10 year manufacturers guarantee.
  My advice to customers is never to buy from this company. The customer service side of things has been poor.

  I am a GP in Bristol, UK with a special interest in musculoskeletal medicine and acupuncture. I have researched mattresses in a great deal and have chosen the Waterlattex mattress. I honestly think it is the best mattress I have ever found and would recommend it highly to anybody with or without back problems.   A Magniflex Relaxsan Original Mattress is absolutely the best mattress you will ever buy!
  I have paid a lot of money in the past for mattresses and never have I come across one like this.
  It is very difficult to describe how it feels without actually trying it yourself.
  The best way I could describe it is similar to a memory foam, but better.
  I read lots of reviews on mattresses before buying this one last week and everyone I read on Relaxsan was excellent, so I decided to go for it.

  I've tried many so-called "firm" mattresses within a price range between £400 and £600, but I was not quite sure if that is what I wanted. I then slept at a friends house and had the sleep of my life. I checked the manufacturer and found out that the Magniflex Relaxsan Original Mattress is Italian - that must be a seal of quality!
