Good Points: It was sunny.
Bad Points: Food, accommodation, some guests, health and safety (none), "entertainment".
General comments: I have absolutely no idea how this holiday at Alanya could every be sold as "luxurious". Seriously not.
Location: you're in the middle of no-where. Do not be fooled by the brochures claims of shops nearby. Those "shops" are a cluster of perhaps 6 tin shacks. To get to town you've a 50 minute bus ride.
Food is terrible - you're lucky if you manage to get your hands on a chicken wing (and then after queuing up for forty minutes or so). A bad situation is made even worse by the fact that there are no alternative restaurants nearby.
Entertainment - unbelievably poor. Again, a bad situation is made even worse by the fact that there are no places of entertainment nearby.
Accommodation - poor. Nothing luxurious at all. Do NOT expect top sheets on your bed. Dirty crockery left in hallways etc...
Health and safety - non-existent. No emergency lighting in hallways in case of fire. No fire extinguishers to be seen.
I could go on for pages and pages... in sum this is a TERRIBLE holiday - sold by a TERRIBLE company. DO read the reviews and DO believe them. DO NOT be fooled into handing over good money for a holiday with these people. You will be disappointed.

I would not recommend anyone to go to the Celes Beach Resort and hope that Goldtrail will take on board all the comments that all the British people gave to them and no longer send anyone to this hotel. I have stayed in a 5 star all inclusive hotel in Turkey in the past and I would not even rate this hotel as a 2 star in comparison.

The internet cafe had no computers! The games room was closed! The equipment in the gym all except the tread mill was broken! There was not enough sun beds or umbrella's! Never any clean spoons, cups etc!
If you were lucky enough to find a table, you had to clean it yourself and be prepared to queue 45 minutes for food! Glad to get home!

Do not go to this hotel if you are British. Every single Brit has either tired to leave this hotel early to go to another hotel or tired to return home which was impossible as there we no direct flights. The only other option was to fly to Istanbul and get connection from their at your own expense some people actually took this option. This hotel is not even a 3*.

Goldtrail operate tours, we did all of them, they added over £200 to our bill but there is nothing else to do as entertainment in the area.
