Good Points: Good service and good choices
Great performance
Good software package

Bad Points: Graphic cards fans failed (melted)
Too much choice and information

General comments: Having owned the GTVS REV1so for over a year as a main computer system, It has never had any big issues other than the graphic cards fans, On was replaced under warranty and the other failed just after, but this cost only a few pounds for a replacement.
When we fist had the computer, there were some issues with obtaining 64 bit drivers that were required to run certain hardware, but it worked with many things out of the box (so to speak)

The performance has been excellent I tested it against other performance computers such as alienware, HP's and Compaq top of the line system and the GTVS really out performed them and is was a fraction of the price, the gaming was pretty good as well.

Maintenance and software were pretty good, the software included many things and they a post was made to upgrade the antivirus with all the information, we were informed of the upgrades and developments such as bios updates so it has made the computer very good and has never had any issues.
Buying was a good experience as you spoke to one person and they knew what they were taking about and gave me lots of information and options (too many) but I was happy with what I got and what I paid.
