    I've owned a half dozen different cars in my lifetime, and I've NEVER had the type of problems with a car or a car dealer as I have had with Bob Howard Auto Group. They back-dated my lease (charging me for the week before I took possession of the car) and "forgot" to tell me that the car was known to be defective before I signed the lease.

    Bob Howard does not, in my opinion operate in a manner that business concerned with return business should. Due to my recent dealings with them, they will never see me on their lot again. They honor their word only as long as the dollar flow is in their favor. As soon as it wasnot, they backed out.

    Had issue with sunroof in car, car was still under warranty. They took it to the car manufacturer lot to get it checked out and told me it would be an all day job, I decided to schedule an appt with manufacturer lot closer to me. When I got there they looked at it and very quickly pointed out that the problem wasnt with sunroof, but was with the body.     In late July ('07) I called Bob Howard (Auto Group) Dodge Chrysler on the Broadway Extension in Oklahoma City to report that earlier that month I'd noted the silver colored lamination on the front Chrysler wing emblem had peeled off (like a banana) while I was spraying it with cold water at a car wash in Chandler.     I have been looking to buy a car since last Tuesday. I was looking for either a used car, or a new car with rebates. I had about $2000 negative equity, and knew exactly what I could afford.
