I don't normally write reviews but having read a number of negative reviews for this company I thought that I should let people know of my experience with them. Having read the reviews for this retailer I was a bit trepidatious about ordering from them but given that they were the best price by far for the kit I needed, I decided to give them a go and have absolutely no regrets. With a lot of the negative comments being about delivery delays I followed the advice on the company's web site and telephoned to confirm that my items were in stock. As they were, I placed my order which was very promptly delivered to the Highlands of Scotland 2 days later. On opening the box for my new cylinder, however, I discovered that the tank valve was damaged. Fearing the worst, I called their customer returns section the next day. My call was answered by a very helpful and pleasant member of staff. With a dive planned for the following weekend I explained the urgency for me to have an operational tank. A quick word with the manager and it was agreed that the best course of action would be for me to remove the broken valve from the cylinder and return it. They would then arrange to dispatch a replacement by Special Delivery upon receipt. Two days after they received the returned valve I duly received the replacement in plenty time for my trip. Great service.

I placed my order on the 25 th of March, I received an email at once. Next day they sent me an email, that they had sent my Suunto Vytec with Transmitter £528. On the 29 th of March I received the computer here in Denmark, I can only recommend this store.

I have ordered all my kit from them and never had any problems, all the items I have ordered have turned up really quickly and if an item is not in stock have been told straight away, fab company and cheap to boot!!!!

I bought a torch, this arrived in two/three days. Unfortunately the torch did not work. One phone call and I returned the torch, two/three days later I received another torch and a refund of my postal costs. No stress whatsoever. Very helpful staff.
