    Terrible terrible customer service. Very very rude company. Director "Scott Bisset" has actually written false review on here saying it is good!!

    Ok, this is a long review as have copied exact emails in. In summary, awful customer service, but good products. In detail... read on!

    Ordered item from the website which in itself was fine and easy to use. I waited about 10 days and then sent an email to the company to chase up the order. I got a very bland reply back saying "The order has been sent Royal Mail Second Class delivery which takes 1-5 working days.     Price was good at Deep Blue Dive Centre, delivery was prompt, but cylinder was leaking. Called the shop and they agreed to pay for postage cost of sending the item back, and a replacement would be sent by 1st class post. So I was promised, but no. They took 2 days for the "tecnician" to have a look, and when he finally did, he said there was no leak with the cylinder. The cylinder had "mysteriously" repaired itself, and they would not reimburse the postage. I am still waiting for the "self heale ...

    Recently I received a free catalogue for Deep Blue Dive Centre with Diver Magazine and found a couple of bits I was after. According to the companies website both items were in stock so I placed an order and was sent a confirmation that the goods had been sent by next day courier. So the next day I made sure there was someone around when the courier arrived. But he never did.     Ordered two items from Deep Blue Dive Centre which were meant to be dispatched on the day of ordering. A week later they were still not dispatched with no explanation. Any emails I sent asking about my order were ignored. I cancelled the order after more than a week of waiting and bought from Simplyscuba which cost about £5 more but great service and quick delivery.

    Item described as in stock on web site (and still is, several weeks later) but is actually out of stock. However they charged my credit card as soon as order was received.
    Deep Blue Dive Centre acknowledged my order but no communication from them since - I have to do all the chasing.I would avoid using them again.

    I ordered a weight belt that was listed as in stock, not exactly an unusual item for a dive shop. The confirmation email came through immediately and said that dispatch was imminent and an email would be sent if there was a problem. But, a week later the belt hadn ' t arrived and I had received no email. Communication is not difficult and can make a huge difference with online shopping.     First last and only time I will use Deep Blue Dive Centre.
    ordered monday. sent confirmation following saturday that they had shipped order by parcelforce and included track and trace no.: on parcelforce's track and trace I could see that the goods was first picked up monday and registered in parcelforces systems.
    I did not receive any replies to my emails.

    I ordered some dive stuff from www.deepbluedive.com at the end of April 2008 to be sent to the Canary Islands. They were only too happy to give me a delivery price of just under £10. After some weeks I entered the tracking number for Parcel Force and it seemed my package went on a journey via france, germany, spain and ended up in Newcastle.     Highly recommended, this is a great shop. Ordered all my kit from them, never had a problem, delivery has been instant with excellent communication and excellent customer service.

    Placed the order came quickly but had the wrong items and wrong size in clothing, when questioned they said they had no stock so just sent the nearest thing / size to what I ordered without asking me. I returned the items in question and was told the correct replacment items would be with me within 2-3 days. After a month I still had not received the new items after numerous phone calls where they blamed parcelforce over and over again I just decided to send the balance of the order that was ok ...

    I placed my order on the 25 th of March, I received an email at once. Next day they sent me an email, that they had sent my Suunto Vytec with Transmitter £528. On the 29 th of March I received the computer here in Denmark, I can only recommend this store.

    I've found customer service shocking, they advised us of one delivery date then told us that for extra money they could guarantee 1-2 days delivery. I am now 1 week on and still waiting. I've had two emails ignored and on telephoning them they do not accept liability and wont refund the delivery cost furthermore the operative couldn't wait to get off the phone.

    I have ordered all my kit from them and never had any problems, all the items I have ordered have turned up really quickly and if an item is not in stock have been told straight away, fab company and cheap to boot!!!!

    Despite the new Deep Blue Dive Centre flashy catalogue delivered with last months Sports Diver magazine, giving the illusion of a fantastic shopping opportunity, the rest of the experience of online shopping with this company has been very disappointing indeed. True to say the initial order arrived very quickly. However, as one item was not what I ordered, I have sent it back. From notifying them about the wrong item until today, I am still awaiting some sort of contact from them.

    I don't normally post bad reviews but I felt compelled to share my experience of Deep Blue Dive Centre with others after the phone called I had this morning!

    So, starting from the beginning...
    I have purchased from them before at the dive show, the level of service I got from them at the time was second to none and it was then I bought my first reg set. Having dealt with them, I decided to go back to them for a pony package and this is where the problem started.

    I felt that there was absolutely no level of customer service whatsoever. I ordered a scubapro ex dive school BCD and Reg set which was advertised as 'mint condition' and with an R395 octopus. I received a kit that was more scratched than I was expecting and with an R295 octopus. I sent an email explaining this and received the reply that it was always an R295 and that the kit had been used so was bound to have some wear and tear.     I bought a torch, this arrived in two/three days. Unfortunately the torch did not work. One phone call and I returned the torch, two/three days later I received another torch and a refund of my postal costs. No stress whatsoever. Very helpful staff.

    THE WEBSITE IS EXTREMELY EASY TO NAVIGATE WITH A WEALTH OF INFORMATION. THEY MAKE IT EASY TO BUY SCUBA EQUIPMENT WHETHER YOU WANT A FULL SET OR A TORCH BULB. IF DEEP BLUE DO NOT HAVE IT, IT IS NOT WORTH HAVING.
