    Good Points: Cheaper than others


    Bad Points: Everything else


    General comments: Airport Tavern Parking prices seemed to have gone up recently, so I tried to find a cheaper alternative. I wish I hadn't. I called the number I was given when we were dropped off at the airport, was taken back to the parking to find that they had no record of our car on their system. We were waiting with another couple whose car had also gone missing. Another man's car battery had gone flat as the staff member who parked it left the lights on (and they were doing nothing to help). They eventually used a customer's car to jump start his, then another customer's car to drive us to pick up our car (complete with the belongings of the car owners inside).Staff were rude, swore in front of us, unprofessional and completely useless. Use Goblin Coombe Farm - they may cost a little more, but we've never had a problem with them yet.

    Quick and convenient. Site office could do with some TLC. OK but I will reserve a recommendation after another visit

    Very helpful, friendly and efficient. Car was clean and how I left it. Def recomend Bristol, Airport Tavern Parking to others.

    Quick airport transfer both depart and return. On collection car was in a very muddy condition both external and internal, the floor well in front and rear of car was covered with mud footprints. The car had to be completely valeted on return home. I have previously used alternate airport parking and the car was never returned in such a dirty condition, I shall park elsewhere in future.

    I found it far easier than using Bristol Airport Silverline parking. Helpful, friendly and efficient

    We had similar experience. When we arrived they had no record of our internet booking. We had to pay again, it had to be in cash as their credit card machine was not working (they said). When we got back we were ringing for half an hour before we got an answer. Pickup then was quite quick but when we got to the car park they had not brought our car back yet.     When we arrived they had no details of our on line booking. We had to pay again, in cash as their card machine was out of order (they said). We we came back we had to keep ring for 20 minutes before they answered. When they took us back to the pick up the car hadn't been brought back and we had to wait another twenty minutes. From starting to ring to getting into our car took over an hour. We are now having to get the money back from our credit card company for the original booking.

    You pay a reasonable rate to park very close to the airport unlike some which are based on farms in the middle of nowhere or on site for a premium. We have used this twice and the farm once and will use it again. Pick up was swift and so was the drop off. What more could you ask?

    I was told that the car would be moved to secure parking about 4 miles away. When I returned (I had to wait over half an hour to be picked up) I found that all of the car mats had muddy footprints on, mud on tha back of the front seats and over 40 miles put on the clock. I know I am right as I log all my milage for expenses and I am the only one who travels in the car. I complained but got nowhere.

    Although it was cheap the carpets in the car were so muddy when we picked it up I had to have a valet. It worked out more expensive after cleaning up the car.

    I would expect more for my money from Bristol Airport Tavern Parking considering other airport parking places that I've used for similar prices, but location is very convenient.

    We waited 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport. Had to call three times before we found anyone who could understand what we were saying. We could have walked there and back by the time someone came to get us.

    On arrival at the car park they had lost all details of our car, which made us think it had been booked under the wrong name and the wrong date. After ten minutes the Airport Tavern offered us a cup of coffee whilst someone went to find it. The coffee never arrived, finally ...
