I haven't used your service, but thought it wS right for u to know about your driver! Absolute disgrace how these drivers on the road drive up your ass on the motor way in and out lanes!! AV14 CVH was an absolute disgrace on the motorway today - very dangerous driving, did not feel safe At all with my child in the car! Over the speeding limit and was constantly right behind me on a 40mph road.

I ordered my parcel as next day delivery on Amazon. It arrived the next day at 1.45pm. I'm happy with that - that's a good service. My only issue is that there are other couriers e.g. DPD who give you regular text updates and offer you a time slot, which you can reply and accept or change. With CitySprint it just tells you on the website if it's been dispatched or out for delivery but doesn't actually tell you when it will be delivered, so you just have to hang around at home all day which seems a bit ridiculous in today's advanced technological world. So yes, a good service, but could be better compared to other couriers.

I see City Sprint are now listening to the complaints on here. One room for improvement:
1. travel distance limit on pickups when the driver is empty.
2. Pot a stop to favoritism when distribution work loads.
3. If a courier is not making money study the work patterns and make strong decisions to solve that problem.
4. Sack two guys at the Enfield Office.
