Good Points: They delivered my American Express when I was not at home, but they left a card. I called their call centre, and the staff were very helpful, delivering to anywhere within London postcodes as long as I had photo ID with me.
Bad Points: I was told I could choose a morning or afternoon delivery, but it was not guaranteed!
General comments: I chose an afternoon delivery, so I went shopping in the morning. I returned at noon and the City Sprint courier arrived at 1pm!
