Good Points: They found me wedding room blocks at hotels when I could not get hotels to give me rooms. The service was free.

Bad Points: None, very easy to use.

General comments: Many people think it will be a piece of cake getting hotel room blocks for out of town guests in Downtown Chicago. It not so, I hear the horror stories about sold out dates and conventions. Windy City Rooms did not cost any money to use and they found me the room allocation I needed for my wedding.
