BEWARE!! Customer support sucks big time. They either ignore requests or say "Read the FAQ's"(I had). The program didn't read anything from the disk and didn't return any messages or errors indicating what the problem may be or how to proceed. I'm surprised they're still in business. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP!!!

BinaryBiz is the worst, most UNTRUSTWORTHY business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with in my opinion. Charged me twice for same subscription, then refused to refund until VISA stepped in. Do not recommend them.- Read Guest's review (38 words)

This company is no longer responding to support requests, but continues to charge subscription fees for subscriptions I had. They were also advertising options & services in Sept '08 that you could not purchase. Emails get returned as no such mailbox.- Read DerralVL's review (59 words)

Does not recover damaged partition, locks up my computer, stay resident in memory and can not shut down now.
Lock up system drive manager.
Very poorly developed in my opinion, and to expensive for me, company should give you none for testing there beta product I feel.
Therefore I do not recommend BinaryBiz Virtual Lab Client.- Read Guest's review (63 words)

Not sure how well it works, never got that far but they don't tell you all the costs until after you buy. When I learned how much it would cost to recover my data, I asked for a refund. I have not yet had a rep;y for over a week and feel I have received no support. I kept writing them since there was no phone number to call and finally gave me a refund. Support and service was no good but due to my experience I do not recommend BinaryBiz Virtual Lab Client.- Read ohbob's review (95 words)

Stay Away! You can get more for less elsewhere.
There is no documentation for the CD/DVD recovery module. Email support is surly and not helpful. The software doesn't work well. I recovered only 1 of 3 damaged files. Another vendors software recovered all 3 without a problem.- Read tks55's review (62 words)

I wasted two weeks working with this program to recover a re-formatted disk. The program was able to identify files on the disk beautifully and I could preview the content. Inexplicably it was not able to recover a single file. I spent $150 for nothing. I want a refund. If the company wants to regain the goodwill of the user community, it should (1) provide real customer service, and (2) offer to recover the first file for free.
Try to imagine my frustration, seeing my files on the list of r ...- Read bystrc's review (131 words)

I was quoted a price of $19.95 from BinaryBiz, to recover less than 1GB of lost data. After entering my credit card information, I was told that my credit card had been approved for the amount of $104.95! I immediately cancelled the service and did not use it but BinaryBiz refused to give a refund. They told my credit card company that they had given me an ALL SALES FINAL policy. Not only was that policy never presented to me, but there was NEVER a total given, or a request for confirmation ...- Read sphere401's review (97 words and 1 comment)

I purchased a few Gigs of quota from BinaryBiz Virtual Lab Client because our server crashed. I only used less than 1GB of quota to recover some files. A year later, when I needed to use their software again, I tried to log-in using the ID and password I was originally given, and have used. It wouldn't work at all. I contacted their customer support, and all they tell me is that they don't have any information about me or my account. So basically they just took my money for a service I only u ...- Read klapper2001's review (105 words and 1 comment)

Downloaded $200 worth of quotas from BinaryBiz to recover some files. It wouldn't work for me so I requested a refund. They replied that it would take "two billing cycles" for a refund to show. That was in Feb of this year and as of today (Aug 9, 2005) my money has not been refunded. Found an address for them in Denver, contacted the BBB there, but they were "not able to locate" the company there. Warning to anyone who uses this: You better hope it works for you, because you won't be able to get ...- Read rh456's review (122 words and 2 comments)

BinaryBiz is a rinky-dink company with an attitude. They managed to hack off both me and a coworker to no end. I would not recommend doing business with them. As a matter of fact, I would avoid them at all costs. Seriously.- Read Zorro's review (46 words)

I have been happy with the software performance. I have a BIG problem with there terms of use (renting software) and the process for getting your money back from unused quota.
Here's what happened. After a hard drive failure, my second drive lost it's partition table. I didn't touch this drive and started downloading software to see if it could find my data. BinaryBiz's software found the lost files. You "rent" their software. You buy a quota from them to restore what they find (they fin ...- Read Terminus's review (350 words and 1 comment)
