Unfortunately I cant think of any good points, oh except most of the staff were brilliant, they were treated as bad as us by management. The rooms are very basic and although cleaned every day, the sheets and towels are only changes every 5-6 days, the bathroom stunk and the view from the balcony was of the rubbish tip, including dog excrement, which also didn't smell very nice!!!!! The electricity supply is constantly off, that's because someone has plugged something into their one socket in the room and 9 out of 10 times it blows the fuse box.
The food is!! well trying to be something its not, you get the same for breakfast everyday, if you are unfortunate enough to be half board, you get told to eat what they give you or pay for something different, the portions are pitiful, also you wont get any food supplied if you have a child under 12, they say they don't get paid to feed them!!!!! The pool is cleaned every 2-3 days, unless a guest tries to do it like one did when we were there. The area around the pool bar is filthy again with broken uneven tiles, most of sunloungers are broken.
The management argued with guests and staff, the situation was only rectified when other guests and staff stepped in.
There is a lovely hotel called the Hati across the road, which warmly opens it doors to Harmony guests, you will find a clean pool and great food. 24 guests from Harmony used this every evening for their meal, some even went over for breakfast and only came back to shower, change and sleep
