    Good Points: beautiful surroundings, comfortable good sized rooms, buffet breakfast very good, on the whole staff very friendly and very good service given.


    Bad Points: overcharged when ordering food at bar, was not shown amount until checkout to late to complain then as I had no proof as no copy of order given to me.


    General comments: On the whole very pleased with this hotel the Azka Hotel, some staff let the hotel down e.g. maid service, room was either spotless or if a different maid was working the bedcovers were just thrown back over bed and room left uncleaned. In most areas of service it was the same a few staff letting down the otherwise excellent staff who offered a first rate service. I would however visit this hotel again.
