Good Points: Cheaper than most other places
Bad Points: You get what you pay for!!!
General comments: They don't package their items properly - I ordered a 5-drawer closed filing system from them, which arrived simply in a box, and was broken. It is unfortunately not a well-made item, and was too fragile to be transported without proper packaging. I phoned up and complained, and received a replacement, which i had to wait in all day for again, and which, again, was broken. So i phoned up, got another one ordered as replacement, tho unfortunately they weren't able to accept the date i gave them for replacement (i'm not home every day) and sent a lorry with a replacement every day until i was in! what a waste of petrol! Third one, again, was broken, smashed down one side. I had told them on the phone that they should properly package this item, but they obviously didn't listen. I was a little fed up by this point, and not around for a replacement for a while. By the time i phoned up for a fourth item, they told me I was outwith the required 10 days I had to complain and refused to replace it again - better to use a company that won't cut costs on packaging!
