Good Points: They come across as being totally in sync with what you want. The reality is: they have set pictures they take and they don't deviate from them.
Bad Points: Out of the photos taken, many of the proofs were the same shot, only zoomed in. They keep all proofs, so you can't even show others how bad they were. The proofs are arranged in a "magazine". When all the pages are taken out of the binder and laid out, it becomes evident that not that many different shots were taken. We specifically asked for a photo to be taken of an ice sculpture carved to look like a huge Waterford vase. They refused!
General comments: Very few outdoor photos were taken at our reception site, which was a country club affording magnificent settings for photos. Pictures taken at the church were off-center; shadows behind people; all bride's side taken in a room with a lamp sticking up behind the heads of people; groom's side of family taken outside, but not at the front doors, which were decorated with wreaths and potted plants. VERY inflexible. In church photos, the magnificent window behind the altar is dark in most shots; brilliant in a few. We were extremely disappointed with the quality of the work and the lack of creativity. It took 10 months to get our album from Artography York photographers in Pennsylvania.
