    Good Points: Items did arrive promptly.


    Bad Points: Lack of communication from Woof n Whiskers by email and unable to find a phone number to contact them.


    General comments: I recently ordered some flashing lights for my cats. The order arrived promptly but the items were faulty when I opened them. Despite me emailing this company within 48 hours, as yet they have not had the decency to respond. I am very disappointed at this and it has definitely put me off ordering from them again. Do not recommend woofnwhiskers.co.uk.

    Really nice choice of items and all brands I know, so you know you are getting quality at a good price, not cheap unbranded products.
