    Good Points: Location Location Location!
    Gorgeous Views.

Bad Points: Awful food, not very friendly staff, too family orientated so not for couples.

General comments: Stayed at hotel Palma Nova, Hotel Hawaii Mallorca h/b in June. Fantastic location, just a minute from the beach with gorgeous views from the rooms if you are lucky to have a seaview. Food was the worst I've ever had, always cold and sometimes unrecognisable! Horrible diningroom abit like a work canteen with miserable staff who you knew just didn't want to be there judging by the amount of plates they broke! Rooms were a good size with a/c but very dark and drab with no fridge or tea making facilities which you would think to be standard in a hotel. E40 to hire a fridge! You could buy water in a machine near the dining room but it was really expensive as were the sweets/chocolate. The hotel really was very family orientated and was over run with all inclusive people. Forget about getting a bed by the pool, they queued each day for the chains to be taken off the beds and proceeded to put sometimes up to 8/10 towels on them and then disappear for a leisurely breakfast and stroll coming back a few hours later! That drives me mad, WHY DO PEOPLE DO THAT!? Not one day did we spend at pool because of this but having said that the beach was just lovely and never too crowded. The bar entertainment again was for families and getting a drink took a while as they were all queuing up for their "freebies". They should definately have a separate line for "paying people." It was like a jungle in there at times. No comfort whatsoever so you'd be better off strolling down the street and having a drink somewhere else. Palma Nova is lovely but if you want a wilder time awful Magaluff was only a few munites away!
