Had the Mexican wrap tonight. It was served without the guacolmole or the sour cream. When i questioned why I wasn`t told when I ordered. I was offered coleslaw as an alternative!!!I go back at least once a month in the hope that I will get a decent meal...It just never happens ...Dire restaurant

i think the staff are very good, and the food is very nice,it is a family area and children have got to be out by 9:00pm,i like the food there and the atmosphere is great, they have a special night twice a week such as,curry night, and stake night, where you get a special offer if you order stake or curry.nearly every dish has a side order such as salad or chips.i think weatherspoons is a nice place to go out for a drink or a meal.

Wetherspoons used to be fantastic - now they have loud music in some bars (never used to be permitted), children (also used to be barred) - meals still cooked to pictures and therefore were always a bit erratic, but the portions are smaller now to the point that their burger and chips has been known to come with just 6 chips! Used to eat there every week - don't any more - and it's getting more expensive now as the meals aren't as good value for the money.

If I could put less than one for qualite I would. My partner had the chilli that tasted of nothing just water and was cold. I tried the chicken and leek pie, this had been reheated at least twice, when I prized the crust off it was bone dry with burns on the underside. There was nothing inside but a couple of small chicken pieces as it had been cremated in a microwave for to long. We had our three children with us who equally as us left there food due to it being over micrwaved. Believe it or no ...

I do enjoy going to the Sunday clubs at Weatherspoons, but I do miss the Roast chicken when it was a whole chicken breast. It has now half a small chicken with half a breast with a wing and a leg. The other roast dinners are exellent .

I would like to have whole breast of chicken reinstated as there was plenty of meat and I really enjoyed it very much.
Would it be convenient to review this.

    Thank you.

I go to Wetherspoons quite regulary drinking and think the grill night is really good, but it depends on what your expecting, it's cheap so if your expecting gourmet food for your money think again.

I go to the wetherspoons in Tamworth and the staff are always friendly and the tables get cleaned regulary, it's best to go in the week for a drink, because you won't get to the bar on a friday and saturday night.

I have been to the old street branch of Wetherspoons and think the service is TERRIBLE! Me and my family have sat a a table for 35mins with aload of dirty plates....... The food is cold when it arrives after waiting 1hr. The staff need more customer service skills when dealing with the public. I went there on mothers days for a surprise and it was ruined by ur company

I certainly think you can't fault their prices, and as a cheap place to eat they are one of the best you can find since you can buy a burger and a drink for little more than you'd pay in McDonalds. Not forgetting the added bonus that the drink is alcoholic. However, I find the quality of the food is not the best, and I do find a big variation in the food between branches. This also covers the general cleanliness and the rate of table clearance at individual branches. It is, however, a good place ...

This was at Wetherspoon's at Colchester, Essex.
queuing to order food (15 minutes) with a bar maid who I thought was unhelpful to me.
We felt like we had to clear the tables ourselves and no one seemed to come to clean the tables.
eventually when the food arrived -2 dinners of gammon and chips seemed tepid and I thought there were very few chips - eggs looked overcooked on the outside and undercooked at the yoke. My grand-daughter had the childrens portion of sausage and mashed potato and the p ...

Wetherspoon's Pubs - I was extremely pleased with the service and welcome I received in Wetherspoons, Glasgow near a train station???? Our waiter was very friendly and more than helpful - on a Monday morning. Food was excellent which consisted of a fry that morning and we came back for lunch, which also was lovely, it was chicken with smoky bbq sauce - it was delicious.

I am a qualified chef and I work in the hospitality industry and I would say that they have great customer services skills, re ...

Went to this pub on Windsor High Street.
Queued to place our order...felt like it took forever. I ordered steak and hubby ordered the special burger.
My steak was very overcooked and at least half was gristle.
Both our chip portions seemed ridiculously small to us; less than a child's portion.
    Dessert was better.
Overall would never return to this particular one.
(would have complained if were not in a hurry and no time to queue for a lifetime)

In Wetherspoon's I paid £5 for chicken burger and chips (by the way chicken burger and chips in mcdonalds are like £3) and expecting it will be better then mcdonalds and at least a reasonable size portions. what do i get....a few chips and a small burger, honestly £5 and no salad. i thought the presentation of food was poor and I felt ripped off. well it was my first time in wetherspoons today and trust me wont be going back there again.

Four of us went to the above pub for the 2.99 fish & chips offer.
Unfortunately the coffee machine was not working. We were then told that we had to have other drinks rather than the tea or coffee that should be included, and pay full price for them. The fish & chips were still charged at 2.99.
We now feel that the offer was not met. I am not complaining about the offer, it would be great if it had been honoured.
After several unanswered emails, I eventually had to ring their Customer Service an ...

A very poor experience at Wetherspoons in Stoke on Trent. Wrong table number was put on food order. My husband returned to bar after initial 15 minute wait to order to make sure correct table number was rectified with our order. We were assured all would be corrected and he returned to wait. An hour later waiter asked our table number and order, which we gave . He commented meals had been ready and out for a long time. Meals were then served, but were of course stone cold, and part of the order ...

On a visit to The Greyhound Weatherspoon pub in Bridport, (Devon), for a couple of drinks. Me and my husband were disgusted when trying to find a table for us and our 4 month old baby we were told by a rude bar maid we had to sit in the corner of the pub as that was were children had to go, and could only stay if we purchased food! Considering we are in the 21st century and i thought you couldn't discriminate against anyone I feel this is appalling that this is happening.

Staff at The Pocock Wetherspoons in Gravesend could do with learning better customer service. I had a Christmas meal there today, with sprouts that were as hard as bullets. The roast potatoes and turkey were not very nice either. Then we were refused pudding, as we had not paid enough. We were told it was £8.99 until today, when it went up to £10.99, and although it was paid on what we were told was the total, they then asked for more.
